I don't think this is an invisibility cloak. I think this is the use of quantum mechanics and molecular manipulation as discussed in the book by David Wilcock entitled "The Source Field Investigations". And it is all scientifically proven by many experiments as being fact. Basically, we reside in space-time but overlaid on that 'reality' is an alternative dimension known as time-space. When you vibrate the particles of one thing in our reality and the harmonics become incoherent, the particles begin to 'pop out' and over into the alternative reality of time-space. In effect, the object here would begin to become transparent until all the molecules had been shifted into the other reality and thus disappear from this one. When it reappeared here, you would get something like what is seen in the video above.

Now, interesting projection from this is, can this also be applied to things like big foot sightings and ghosts? Big Foot may be an entity who knows how to use this process to avoid detection by slipping through the veil so to speak. Ghosts may be simply half manifested in our reality because once on the other side, they become a light body or energy form and thus when they pop their molecules over into time-space, we are seeing them fully as they are in the alternate reality state. Aliens are also able to use this as well as wormhole and vortex technology. How can spaceships be here but unseen? Easy! By vibrating the molecules to cause incoherence. Ever felt someone was standing beside you but you couldn't see them? Same thing. This is not supernatural or speculation, it is real science.
